Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I expected. Great quality and easy to install. Requires high lift blades for the best result which it doesn't come with. Very satisfied with the product. Works well without the special blades but I'm sure it'll be better once I have them.

You must be very careful when opening the compartment to dispose of clippings; if you let it fly back the plastic will bust in very little time. Less durable than our previous model

Poorly made, messy and hard to use.
I've had this for a couple seasons. The window is useless as it get's dirty immediately upon use. The cover doesn't seal well at all and grass blows out all the gaps. The seals came off after the first and second use and I never did find them (most likely got mowed over). I'm here trying to find replacement seals but it's not on the parts list. Not worth the money...at all.

Not compatible with all LTX1040
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess my LTX1040 is of a slightly older model (??) and it did not have the right connections on the mower deck to attached the hose mouth. So I had to drill a bolt through the deck and use some zip ties to wheel frame to get it attached. It holds just fine, but plenty of clippings shoot out the side vs up the hose. And if the grass is wet at all -- even mostly dried morning dew -- the clippings get trapped in the hose and don't make it up to the bags.

Avoid at all costs
Absolutely love my 42” XT2 mower. Bought the double bagger this year to save time on cleanup and what a mistake. I mowed my lawn right after buying this and it continuously clogged. I chalked it up to the grass being a little long and it having rained a couple days prior. After two very hot, dry days, I went back over my lawn that had just been cut and continued to have issues with it clogging. What a piece of junk. It was faster to leaf blow my lawn after mowing than to continually stop and unclog the chute which clearly isn’t able to handle the volume of grass that goes through it. Unless you live in an area with frequent droughts and have grass, this isn’t the product for you. Wish I could get my money back but cub cadet doesn’t stand behind poor engineering, only broken products.

Great product

Don't use on wet grass!
I read the other reviews and decided to buy. What they say is true - don't use the bagger when you're mowing wet grass! It works great when the Bermuda grass is dry, but I was very frustrated while repeatedly unclogging the tube because I didn't pay attention to the other reviews! I also found the viewing window on top to be useless as dust inside and out quickly make it unusable. Those two things aside, I found the assembly simple enough and I plan to use it every time I mow DRY grass!

Waste of money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The baggage system is absolutely terrible. It clogs constantly, when not clogged the bags fill up very fast and the debris that flys up from under the deck and gets through the bag is murder on your eyes, mouth, and hair. This system is an absolute waste of money. I don't regret many things in life but this bagging system is in my top 5 worst decisions I've made just behind purchasing a timeshare.

Worth every penny
Life changing...particularly if you have a pool/spa and don't want grass clippings stuck to feet. You may have to adjust your cutting pattern given the bulk of the "shoot" that is now on the right side of your machine. Didn't give 5 stars because 1) the "window" quickly gets too dirty to use it to see into the bags and 2) the left bag fills very quickly vs the right so I feel like the angle of the "shoot" should turn downward a bit.

Worked fine once I got it attached
Bought this earlier this year and finally got to use it. The grass was kind of long and the leaves have started to fall. Heavy grass and leaves went up the chute with no problem. It is a little bit of a pain opening the lid to empty the baskets, which held their form. Biggest problem was the piece that attaches to the deck did not line up with any of the existing holes. My mower has a manufactured deck rather than a stamped deck.

Easy to install.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I base this review solely on the ease with which the bagger was installed on my Cub Cadet riding mower. I'm unable to evaluate it's performance as it's yet too early in the season to actually mow my lawn. Installation was straightforward and the bagger seems to be of sufficient quality to withstand many mowing seasons. For this reason, I'm giving it an arbitrary rating of 4 Stars.

Junk! Clogging Nightmare
I’ve been using this bagging system for 3 years now! It clogs multiple times every single time I mow unless I only mow about 12inches at a time! What good is a 46” inch deck when you can only mow 12 inches at a time! I’m actually on here looking for a replacement! I mowed with my old craftsman mower for 20 years with very few clogs! I’m VERY disappointed in this bagging system especially considering the price!
