Inverted bumper.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the bumper kit for my XT1 upgrade. I was mowing overgrown grass and weeds. After looking at the mounting location,the bumper does nothing for me ,the large stalky weeds and twigs still hit the front of the mower in the grille area. So I installed the bumper inverted instead . Works like a charm,knocks the large stuff down before it even impacts the bottom of the frame.

Loving Life with my XT1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new bumper for new XT1 rider! Along with having to best looking and most powerful riding mower on the block, my bumper has helped me push back bushes to cut tough to get to areas. I will recommend Cub Cadet machines to any and everyone I know that owns a riding lawn mower.

Great bumper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bumper is perfectly designed. It installs in a minute. If you follow the instructions it looks good and protects the front from taller objects like bushes, fences and so on, but if you invert it like I did and it will protect the muffler and muffler heat shield and the front to.

Front Bumper Upgrade for the Cub Cadet LT 46
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front bumper kit outside packaging was adequate but the bumper itself had a scratch approximately one and one half inches long. as there was no external damage to the package I assume it was in this condition prior to shipping. More padding in the box would have been better. All required fasteners were present and the installation was easy with two plastic caps to close the ends and four bolts to mount to the frame. Overall, I am pleased with this product and recommend to anyone wanting to add a bumper to the Cub Cadet Enduro series XT1.

A Perfect Fit
It is a perfect fit and so easy to install as the pre-drilled holes on the Cub Cadet XT1 frame are in perfect alignment. The screws that come with the kit are heavy duty and the bumper when installed is as solid as a rock.
My reason for buying the bumper is just so I can hoist the tractor up with a chain hoist to change blades or clean the deck and I needed a good place for connection and this bumper is perfect. Also a nice color and it looks like a factory install.
