Issues but worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was delivered in a "box" that was pretty much shredded cardboard and did not hold together. The directions were not great and thankfully my husband had tools to bend the metal to align holes. The back would be better if it didn't drop to the ground, so that it would be possible to use with it open.
That said, this is a great hauler once the initial quirks were worked out. I hooked it up to the mower and was able to get a lot of work done. Overall I am very glad we got this. Still waiting for the mulching attachment we were already charged for last month, though.

Great trailer except for tilt lock Is weak
Purchased unit in May 2020 and used it to haul dirt and patio stone. When going up incline latch releases because it’s pivot is behind the load of tilt latch and spring will not hold force. Need to move pivot. This is a safety issue. I have 40 yrs designing and testing trucks. BSME and I made my own mod so I could finish job.

Garbage. Doesn’t stay locked.
I bought this a few weeks ago. Used it for 5 loads from the front of my property to the back. Doesn’t stay locked in transit position. Loading anything into it and the bucket tips. Foot pedal doesn’t even engage. It’s got notches for the frame that don’t align. Save your money. This was an expensive mistake.

I use this for everything.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put everything in my hauler. It is very versatile. Feed bags, hay bales, dirt, trash whatever will fit. The holes on the tongue did not align with the neck of the hauler to get the pin through. I just drilled the home on the side of the tongue a couple mm larger to get it to fit.

Poor design -- plastic junk
Had this 'hauler' for 2 years. Advise - good design, looks cute, but do NOT purchase.
How can they screw this up, you ask? The dump latch will break free, causing a mess and possibly hurting you or someone else. Pic also deceiving. Wheels are not as far back as the pic indicates, causing it to break free when on an incline, nor the tires as wide as the picture depicts. I regret buying this! Tom

Nice product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cub Cadet Hauler is a bit on the pricey side, but quality is usually expensive. The Hauler is very well-made and sturdy. The dump feature and tailgate are nice features and work well. It is easy to disassemble and store the Hauler and, as advertised, it takes up minimal space in my shed. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Good Equipment, just missing some pieces initially
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hauler is great in and of itself however when I got my shipment it was missing pieces. Probably the two pieces I would definitely not think to be missing... the tires! Of course this was Friday evening and they were closed until Monday, but as soon as I got ahold of someone on Monday the customer service was top notch, we had a good laugh about it and she got them ordered and sent to me. They arrived relatively quickly and all is good now.

Works Great for < 10 acre Property
I did a lot of research before purchasing the Cub Cadet Hauler, especially reading the reviews on this site. I wanted a wagon I could pull behind my Lawn Tractor that would also be a space saver. I've had it for about 2 months now and love it! It's great for my less than 10 acre property, hauling dirt all over, hauling firewood and taking the trash to the end of the lane. I especially like the dump feature and the way it folds up to save space.

Almost the perfect yard utility trailer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is robust, easy to use and multifunctional. If you want a utility trailer for use in the yard, this is it. I cannot say enough good things about this trailer. My neighbor has one and I borrowed it and loved it so much I got my own! The sides fold, the back end opens, the trailer dumps and finally all the sides can be folded down a a flat bed trailer. The tires are heavy duty and I promise you won't be disappointed. The only negative is debris can get caught in the hinges, but it's not a show stopper. I highly recommend getting this trailer if you are thinking of getting something. *however, the purchase of this trailer was a nightmare as the wheels were not sent and it took a second call to get the second wheel sent. I finally received both wheel about 3 weeks after originally getting the tailer.

Too much for not enough
The price does not command the space you can hold. Not to mention the inept team that does not ship all the parts so you cart sits there for weeks while they send you the missing part via snail mail (aka non rush delivery). The only saving grace is that it collapses to help save space, but does NOT stand vertical as advertised, so not THAT much space is saved. All in all, there is bigger and better at a cheaper price.

Disappointing cart

Once to haul sticks and limbs that were in my yard after a storm, and once to try to haul some dirt and already the back corner developed a crack. Also, when trying to haul the dirt, I noticed the rear gate was bulging from the weight of the dirt and the cart wasn't even full. It beats using a wheelbarrow, but just barely.

Awesome Product - Well Worth the $
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Cub Cadet mower and hauler are both wonderful products. I've used each for 5 years cutting, dragging, hauling a wide variety of things. The hauler has taken years of tossing in stone, wood, etc., and the mower has been up and down my mountain trails and endured endless stumps, rocks, etc. - it's designed to be flexible so when you hit something the part that takes the hit generally has enough sway to move and bounce back into position. (I appreciate that because I ran rebel, independent schools for decades, designed with enough flexibility in the schedule and approach to accommodate the real needs of real humans growing up; the results were spectacular. If we can tweak our gov't school system to allow for that and force Congresspeople to honor the oath of office they swore on a Bible, America will recover from these dark, divided days and blossom once again!)

Looks good but lack's quality
The first month the sides near the latches cracked.
A few months later (under one year old) the tire went flat and inner tube was busted. So now it sits with a flat and cracked sides completely unusable and a big waste of money. Good luck trying to get someone in the phone for a warranty claim. You’d have better luck hitting the lotto!

I loved it until...
I use this thing a lot, it's very versatile. However, I had the tailgate down and was backing up, and it got caught on a tree root. It broke the hinges off of the tailgate. I don't think there is a way to get replacement part for the tailgate - it doesn't look like it would be easy too replace.
