A hill mowing monster!

Versatile lawn mower

Great Mower!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just picked this up recently with a move to a new house! What a great purchase!! She runs great, and is super comfortable to ride on for an hour plus. Love the tight turning radius too, definitely helps cut around those tight spots.

Love it!

Turned out I thought I had the left lever all the way up for the choke but you have to then go beyond what feels like the end to access the choke. Now it starts right up like a charm! Love it. The seat is comfy, has a drink holder, different grass height settings and overall love the job it does

XT2 LX46 - my third Cub and the best yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this thing - got only 20hrs on it so far but it's everything I hoped it would be. Over the years I've had an XT1 46" and a 42e and this XT2 46" is much sturdier in feel. Thicker axles, electric PTO and fabricated deck - they all add up to a more robust feeling machine. As an aside, I drag raced this against the 42e and the XT2 is noticeably faster.

Love our Cadet

Strong, smooth, sharp and easy to use!
So excited about this mower. Its built solid and strong. It is easy to operate the controls, steering and pedals. This is my first one with the pedal controls. It took a couple of tries but I have become pretty smooth with moving my foot between forward and reverse. I have no complaints about the quality of this mower. It even impressed my 80 year old father who always buys the cheap $1000 or less riding mowers!

Broke after 2.5 engine hours
Tractor broke after 2.5 engine hours. Lost all engine power and will not go up any small hills in my yard. Finding a repair shop has been equally as frustrating

A+ design and great engine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mower XT2 LX46 in April of 2023 and have put ~25 hours on it this season. I opted to spend the extra to go from the XT1 to the XT2 and I'm glad I did. The arm rests and front bumper are nice but the larger axels should make this last longer then the XT1. This mower is consistent and comfortable and easy to add the attachments to. The 23 hp Kohler engine is rock solid and keeps the mower from bogging down at all. I look forward to many years of mowing with this.

Nice machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful riding lawn mower that easily handles my hilly property that includes plenty of obstacles. Comfortable ride with a good turning radius. And it looks pretty cool, too!
Only opportunities for improvement are the ability to adjust/align the front LED lights (mine are a little out of whack) and the ability to reduce the sensitivity on the seat kill switch (if I adjust my seat position it starts to stall the engine and then I quickly sit back down to keep it running).

Not only is the Cub visually appealing with the front end reminiscent of a transformer, its robust design features like the tough looking cutting deck on the XT2 LX46, turning capabilities and comfort seat makes one feel like wanting to easily cut acres of lawn. Probably the most important feature is the location of the forward and reverse controls on the floor deck. This attribute not only frees up your hands for more control of the operation of the equipment, it also allows for more multitasking like operating the front end snow thrower that I will eventually add to my unit, once available.
