Rated 5 de 5 de par OMG We love it. Went from a garden tractor. Tried several other zero turns and the wife absolutely hated them. They said she had to run them awhile. She ran it an hour and hated it. They said she needed to run it longer. She ran it 3 hours and hated it 3 times as much. Then she tried the one with the joy stick. She hated it less but still could not drive in a straight line or hold it on the ditch bank. She absolutely loves the steering wheel with the cruise control. This has got to be the most well kept secret out there. No one else has it and no one else even compares. Thanks Cub. Well done.

Rated 5 de 5 de par One Sweet Ride I love anything with an engine but this is the first riding mower i have owned and i am a cub cadet man for life now. Moved to a house with 2 1/2 acres. Lots of hills. After looking for 6 months i stopped by Buckeye valley equipment in Hebron, Ohio. The staff there was very helpful and I took the SX for a spin. The steering wheel made all the difference vs the handles from most zero turns. IMO the handles are lame and make the mowing experience boring. The wheel fixes that. This tractor is quiet, powerful, works great on hills, has a comfy seat, and is easy to operate. I could not be happier! Glad i got this vs the Green Guy product and SUPER thankful i did not buy a product at the big box places.

Rated 4 de 5 de par The only thing better have be an active suspension [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for 3 years. Over 180 hours, same plugs, same battery. I even mowed at 3 in the morning because I added good aux headlights on it. A Raven I had, quit over 4 times each year and I had to give it up. I do miss a drivable generator, but to cut the grass, this does a Super and reliable job. It does have a rough ride in my +4 acres, because I have some holes, slopes, fences and trees (oh my!). My acreage is really a pasture looking like a lawn. Do your maintenance, use non-ethanol gas and you can't go wrong. I wish it had a generator on it.

Rated 5 de 5 de par More than I expected Used a Cub 3204 for the past 11 yrs. It served well. But this is a 100% better. Faster mowing speed, the 180 degree turn saves time. Slopes and ditch banks (within reason) are no problem. Deck design much better than the riding mowers. Beautiful cut. Wife loves mowing the 4 acres.

Rated 4 de 5 de par With dealer help, still happy with performance. Purchased the first riding lawnmower I've ever owned last season and settled on this CubCadet model. First season was great, no issues and was in love with how easy it drives and readability and control. I remain very faithful to upkeep and making sure everything is oiled, greased and cleaned after every use (avg 2 hrs per mow). This season, at around the 75 hr mark, the front right wheel yolk snapped at the weld. Luckily, not while I was on any incline. The dealer that I purchased the unit from was shocked and claimed that was a first and quickly pulled a replacement off a display unit for me at no cost. It was actually very easy to reinstall as well. Then two mows (4-5 hrs) later, the front left wheel suffered the same fate. Again, thanks to the absolutely fantastic support of the dealer, I was able to get a replacement in 30 minutes. This has be a bit concerned about the weld/quality on these front wheels and if I'll see the same issue in the same timeframe. My terrain is about 3+ acres, nothing too rough or bumpy...nothing I would expect to cause this damage. Engine and the rest of the unit has been solid. Purchased the snow blade for winter and was easy to install and very effective.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Love the "wheel" Bought this one after my GT2554 Cub mower started to show it's age. It jwas purchased in 2004 - 2005 and mowed 8 acres about once a month and 1 acre weekly. It still works pretty good (but looks like it's been through a war). So when I started looking it only made sense to start with Cub Cadet. Everybody tried to talk me into a zero turn type of mower, but I've always used a "tractor type" mower and because of the uneven properties of my place was not comfortable with the "bar type" of mower. When I saw that there was one with a steering wheel, I immediately started checking out reviews and comparisons and tried out one of the smaller ones. I was sold and immediately started trying to locate a 54" one. Love my new mower. I'll be able to use it to mow about 1 acre one more time for the season.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Love the Steering Wheel! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What motivated me to buy my Z-Force SX 54 was it's slope mowing capability provided by having a steering wheel to control the front wheels. I previously mowed with a 52" zero turn Great Dane walk-behind and a Toro 72" 4wd 24hp diesel so I have some experience with pro model mowers. What I like most about my new mower is it's maneuverability, how easy it is to adjust the cutting height, and the ride.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Mower review This is my 3rd cub cadet but my first zero turn this mower is great it makes the hills in my yard feel almost like flat ground ,I don't have to ride half the seat to mow my yard the seat is comfortable plenty of power .the only things I have found I would change the forward and reverse pedals should be adjustable and there's some guards around the muffler that needs to be painted with high heat paint from the factory. I highly recommend this mower .
