[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong motor and steers super easy for quick turn arounds. Overall really happy with my purchase. Took my mowing time for 1 acre with many obstacles down to about an hour. Starts easy. Has a reverse mow feature. Fabricated deck seems to keep the cut even on all the hills and bumps in the yard. Big fuel tank and it loves to drink it. Only downfall is it consumes more fuel than my old mower.

A REAL GOOD UNIT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this 8 years ago and it still runs great, issues i have had are starter had to have new gear put on it once, then i learned how to start it properly (LOL). blades once before i learned how to sharpen them . now it is just a great unit. i put hoist on 3 point frame i built for back. I added a car seat behind my seat for grand kids to ride to mow yard. i pulled a wagon with umbrella for kids to go tric and treat in rain. it is a part of the famly here .......

Great Mower
I bought mine last year. Works great and mows great. I was considering a zero turn, so glad I bought this instead. It has a very tight turn radius, and turns very easy. Used it most of last year, and a few times this year. About 1 1/2 acres kinda rough with lots of trees, no issues at all. Best mower I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning a XT1 LT46 with a stampded deck they are miles apart. While the 46” cuts great, not good at mulching. Was never able to take full cut paths, because it would leave a trail of clumps. Cleaning the deck is harder because everything is round. They do make a round tipped scraper which helps. The 50” FAB cuts my grass in less than half the time while doing a Superior job. My old Cub Cadet never required any repairs. The Fabricated deck is Engineered far better than a stamped deck. Great company and beautiful mower!

Really Dissapointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mower only lasted one full season and a few weeks into season 2 and has already had two issues, one major and one minor. The first issue was the throttle cable broke, which meant it couldn't be started until repaired. Warranty repair, but why a throttle cable that barely gets used broke was suspect. Then a few weeks into the 2024 season and the head blew. Oil had been changed, had new blades, and the repair shop has stated that this appears to have been an issue with the engine, not with anything we did. Cub Cadet is not offering to pay for the repair, which is ridiculous, especially when the repair shop is not attributing this to anything we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spectacular!!!! This was the first riding lawnmower I've purchased and am extremely happy that I've gone with Cub Cadet. It is easily able to handle the hills and ditches I need to climb while mowing all while being super comfortable!! Ease of operation is great as well. I'm pretty nit-picky when it comes to my lawn and this machine does not leave clumps of grass all over the place, which I appreciate. The mow in reverse option is a nice feature as well.

Great tractor odd transmission
Overall solid tractor. Bagger was easy to install and works great. One odd thing is the transmission. When you take your foot of the "gas" most tractors stop immediately. I think its a safety feature. The Cadet will continue to roll. Going down a steep hill you have to use the break which is awkward.

XT1 LT50 is a Beast!

I have some rough uneven ground, and the XT1 didn't flex at all. Never even challenged the motor. Very happy with this machine!

Exceeded Expectations!

Best riding mower on the market

My yard size is 2 acres and have about 120 hours on the engine. Easy to service, oil, air, fuel; engine runs smooth. Great value - will always stick with Cub Cadet.

Last Years Version
I own last years version of this mower. Its been nothing but problems. The battery hasnt charged since day one. Its left me stranded in the middle of the yard so I have to drag a cord and charger out, pause mowing for an hour, and then start it back up to finish. Brought in for service at a certified CC repair shop last summer. 3rd mow this summer and the battery was dead again. Now the throttle cable has also decided to start pulling out of the lever. That's fun when trying to start a mower on a weak battery. Its back in for service yet again. 2nd summer and its been in twice. Unacceptable for a brand new mower that wasn't cheap. I wouldn't buy another one and wouldn't recommend to anyone based on my experience.

Absolute garbage
We got this lawn mower not even a year ago and it refuses to start. Changed the NEW battery in it already, still has issues. Drained the fuel tank and replaced with recommend fuel, ran for a day and now it’s dead again.

Turn radius and deck with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great turn radius and deck width. I have a lot of trees on a 1 acre lot. I contiplated getting a zero turn. I'm glad I got the XT1 LT50. I can easly get around trees. The deck width and speed cut my mowing time in half. I also like the fact that it will cut in reverse. I also got the hauler and leaf collector with it.
