Three-stage design features a durable, center-mounter steel accelerator that spins 10 times faster than the augers to break down and quickly clear heavy, wet snow. Includes trigger-controlled power steering with a self-propelled drive engineered for control, maneuverability, and single hand operation. A heavy-duty cast aluminum auger gearbox and steel chute is designed to help protect the unit.

I have had this 3 stage 26" for about 5 years.
Engine components seem to be great. Heavy snow clogging all the time between the yellow accelerator blades.
THE CLOGGING SEEMS TO BE AN ENGINEERING DEFECT..
Cub Cadet should have a recall and offer THREE STAGE TO TWO STAGE Coversion kit.

Powerful and easy to operate.
I bought this 3X 26 Cub Cadet snowblower about a month ago and have had just two chances to use it, I wish it would snow more. It has plenty of power and chews through the ice left at the end of the driveway by the city snow plow truck. It is easy to operate moves a lot of snow.

I had one problem. Within 30 minutes of the first use the right wheel fell off in the middle of a big snow. Replaced the lost bolt and added some blue Loctite. Good to go. Other than that it starts easily, runs great, and really throws the snow.

Worked great
As usual we bought it and it only snowed twice. I barely got used to using but sure the job a lot easier. Before I got to use it the second time my great neighbor had the job done but it was easy to use the one time I used it.

Sur la neige mouiller il est tout le temps embourbé ,,,, aucune efficacité je suis très déçu de mon achat ..... J'aimerais l'échanger car je suis assez tanner de passer mon temp s enlever de la neige prise dans la sortie .
