I was concerned about the sheer pins breaking on the 3X series so I went with the 2X! This machine muscles though the pile left by the street snowplows with ease and the heated handgrips work great!

So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my blower twice so far. Heated handgrips are wonderful. Today, 12-23-22, is -6* F not factoring in wind chill. The wind is strong today and I was able to position the chute and blow the snow where I wanted it to go.

Stopped working less than a year later
I bought hit sis December of 2023 and use dit maybe twice all last winter. We didn't get much snow. I just pulled it out of the shed to get ready for winter and it won't start. It had a little bit of fuel left in the tank from last year but not much at all and it certainly isn't old enough to affect the start up. Just goes to show that everything is junk now. Nothing is made to last. If it's still under warranty, I'm bringing this back
