This can't be right
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a brand new ZTS2 50 mower. Runs great and love it.
But, I don't quite understand something.
I researched this unit quite well and it was understood the unit came with a 24 HP motor. - - - my unit (brand new, mind you) only has a 23 HP motor.
Also, The website specs show the battery would be an AGM type - and what I received appears to be a simple lead acid battery.
I am very confused here.
How do we resolve this and why did I not receive the properly speced mower?

Excellent, Good, Bad, & Ugly
Excellent on hills, side hills around shrubs and trimming. The deck is offset to the left so you can reach out further with the cutting edge. The Steering column and wheel is a plus for those who don't like the lap bars but mine moves around some. It turns and drives excellent with out tearing up your yard and descends hills very well. Deck height adjustment is a breeze. The bad, this is the worst clumping mower i have ever owned. even cutting 2" tall dry grass above desired finished height it throws clumps in all engine RPM range. The high vacuum blades makes it very loud so wear hearing protection. Fuel economy is not good at all, my estimate is about 2+ gallons per acre. The Ugly. The parking brake is a very poor design and I question some owners can even operate it. Fix the clumping, make it quieter, better fuel economy and a sensible park brake you will have a real kick butt mower at an affordable price.

Poor cutting Deck
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this mower at the begninning of the summer to address the hills on our property. While the machine handles teh hills much better than our zero turn I am very disapointed with the quality of deck and the cut. The deck is very cheaply made and does not stripe at all even with the stripe kit. The cut is very uneven and forget an even cut in taller grass. Had I know how poor the cut was going to be I would have held on to my bad boy that a much better deck and cut.

Love this machine!!!

I was worried about how difficult accomplishing the "Zero Turn" would be its literally less than 1 turn of the wheel.

Nice mower for uneven yards but needs better QC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] would be a 5 star but the first time I went to use it the steering wheel came off in my hand on a steep hill and I had to track down a bolt for it because there was never one put in it. Side note in your parts break out and your replacement parts list the steering wheel does not show the bolt size needed there was an ambiguous bolt showing in the steering column size that fit.

Great machine and smooth performer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 months of I use this machine has impressed. I really enjoy the steering wheel to allow for one handed driving. The cut is great, as well as the ride and comfort level of mowing for 2 hours periods.
Only wish is that my 150 lb body would be heavier so the bigger ruts would not turn off the blades.
Great machine overall.
