Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected For the price I thought I would have gotten a better piece of equipment. As a widow I bought it so I didn’t have to worry about gas oil and not starting. However you lose a lot more for those convinces. Has one blade, doesn’t cut nice if the grass is thick or tall. Most parts are plastic. Bought the bagger and it is like two plastic laundry baskets. Do think about hills. More like a sit on push mover but the push mover has more control. The sales man said I could return if I don’t mow with it. It is nice to ride around on but I bought it to mow with and that it does not do well. Sorry I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Alot better than i expected i purchased my cc30e May 30, 2018 and will be 4 years old soon. Unit has about 40 hours of use. I use 25% of the battery to mow my yard (mulch). The battery discharge/recharge cycle time has not changed since new. The pros are obvious and the few cons are not hardly worth mentioning: The front axles spindles bushing has too much end play. The LCD information display needs to be at least twice as large as supplied. You can't wash the mower or deck. I make sure the grass is completely dry before mowing. this mower mows as well or better than my one year old cc30 gas hydo mower that the cc30e replaced. I have no problems with this machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Give it a few years... I took this thing out ONCE, and I've already gotten 3 different error codes. Now I can't even start it up because it hits error 108 and I can't turn it on in that state. When looking for the meaning of specific error codes, you'll find there is next to no support online for it, and the code meanings aren't even publicly available. After waiting a month for the thing to even get here, my options are to lug it to a service center - or swap it out for another untold amount of weeks of waiting. When it was cutting, I saw the promise of it, but the fact that it takes so little for this thing to suddenly become unusable aside from a specialist has really soured my opinion of it. Wait a bit, until there's more of a network in place so that one error doesn't leave you without a mower during the peak of grass season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Electric is just not ready Purchased this mower in the summer of 2021 and had nothing but problems with it. Currently has 10 hours on it. The owners manual will tell you not to power wash it so be prepared to just wipe it down to clean it. That is understandable, however, puddles or little standing water in your lawn will lead to issues. When my issue started it led to the mower not turning on at all. You will need to wait until the service is performed on your mower until you can mow your grass again. Have another mower or a friendly neighbor ready to help during that time. Not all Cub Cadet Dealers service the electric models....my "local" dealer was 2.5 hours from my home. That's a total of 10 hours of my time and gas money spent to get it fixed. Buy the gas model for less money and be happier that you did until the electric mowers have had issues worked out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stoped charging Really wanted this mower to work but sadly it’s been in the shop going on month. I purchased this mower for my father as Father’s Day present he used it 2 times and it would no longer charge. Now it’s in the shop because the charger for the unit is on an extended back order. Spent a lot of money for this mower for it to be a static display. At this rate cuting season will be over before we get it back. Very frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not satisfied my mower worked only 3 times. now it will not fully charge the battery. it shows only 26% and it will not start. I do not have a trailer to be able to take it to be looked over so Iam very un happy. I just want my money returned to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from wouldn't recommend [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my mower for about 2 years, and is really quiet, but that is because it has been in the shop since June waiting for parts. The dealer blames Cub Cadet and Cub Cadet blames the dealer. I just hope they can come up with some sort of resolution soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So far not so happy Brand new, only worked for 10 minutes, then stopped. After that it would either cut or go forward, just not at the same time. Waiting on a control motor. Dealer picked it up a week ago. I guess control motors are in short supply.
