Prefer metal
Replaced OEM with these after wear and tear on 7 yo snowblower. Same problem. Plastic will not hold in place no matter how tight the nuts are. Secondly, because of the area I clear, they dig into softer ground making turning a chore. Thirdly, the idea of raising and lowering during a job as the surface changes is ridiculous.

Doesn't hold adjustment.
Great idea, but the fact that they're plastic means that no matter how tight the bolts are, they will always work themselves loose and you'll just be grinding on the blade itself in no time. Very frustrating.
