Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low quality Very cheaply made and flimsy. Extremely expensive for a low quality product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor quality Not worth the money. Cheaply made plastic parts. Mesh bags.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Small Bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little disappointed I could not get a triple bagger, since it looks like the same frame that the triple bagger has. The quality seem a bit flimsy side. This maybe a problem with all zero turn baggers, but the bagger sticks out so far out behind you, it tends to get whacked on things as you make a zero turn. I broke the plastic clips that hold the lid down while making a turn and hooking a fence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't believe the trolls [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really reluctant to buy this based on all of the negative Nancy's but this by far exceeded my expectations. Easy to install and the whole system works great for sucking up leaves. Living in Minnesota in fall this is the perfect bagger system. I implore all who read the negative reviews to buy this, install correctly, do not back up to damage the bagger to buy this. So glad I bought this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even I haven't tore it up yet! I've had this bagger for two years now. I run over and hit everything and haven't managed to break it yet! It took me a minute to get use to needing more room to make a turn. I hot the telephone pole with it. I look back and all my stuff is laying in the yard. Oops! I drove back, put it all back on and was on my way! I have hit the Jacuzzi, the chicken coop, the fence and this thing still ain't broke! Now my question to the others complaining about breakage is: did you really just "tap it"? I love this thing! It makes leaf season a breeze! My yard has never looked so good! If I wreck it, I will surely buy another one! p.s. I installed this myself within a couple of hours. The hardest and most time consuming part for me was getting the weight on the front of the tractor. I finally used a hydraulic jack to get the weights in place and bolted on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Bagger attachment [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love our new bagger. Read many reviews and it seemed a split decision but we bought it because we have so many trees with leaves and pine needles. I can see where the bags could easily break when unloading them. I feel like if you take your time you will not have any problems. We have used it a handful of times and not problems so far and we love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bagger took about ahalf hour to assemble/install. Impressed with the quality of the bagger and all the parts. Takes a little getting used to maneuvering with the bags behind the mower. My only complaint for now is there seems to be a gap somewhere around the chute. Leaves blow out from under the deck in this area. Not a deal breaker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for clean-up I bought it mostly for fall and winter clean-up... deferent types of trees we have shed leaves at deferent times one tree especially a giant saw tooth oak... you want six billion leaves? get one of these...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Twin Rear Bagger for ZT1 42” Zero Turn Mower Not very difficult to install. Do not tighten anything until completely assembled and adjusted. Works like a charm. Yard looks beautiful. Bags are easy to pull out and empty when full due to hand holds on bottom of bags. Improvement on opening Bagger cover with ease is still needed. Tab on side near hose is the issue. Does not always release easily. Other than that a great working unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Install and Works Well The double bagger was fairly simple to install and works well. However, I noticed that my kit was missing one of the front weight plates which required me to then create my own spacers so the bolt and nuts would align to mount. In addition, the bag size is relatively small, there is 15 inches of clearance between the bag and the ground - I would have thought the bags would be bigger.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality and poor performance bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased just 14 months ago with my new 42" zero turn mower, I bought this bagger attachment and not at all happy with it. The left bagger tab broke off and had to use a bungy cord to hold it down, and, during mowing my [relatively small] 3/4 acre lot need to stop and unclog the narrow lower chute several times during my 45min mowing. This is VERY annoying! The chute clogging issue is just a poor design in providing a chute with too narrow of a passage in the lower area thus not allowing the clippings getting moved up into the bagger area of two bags and eventually getting compressed and clogging the lower chute. No, I do not cut wet grass, the issue exists on dry grass. You first need to separate the upper clear tube from the lower back plastic chute, then loosen the plastic retaining hand-turning nut to remove the lower chute to clean out the compressed grass clog into one of the two bags, then reassemble and continue mowing. For the upper bagger, the whole bagger relies on C-clips staying clamped onto the metal U-bar support, then hoping that the upper hood doesn't start flying up on you when mowing. In my case, and from others in this feedback chat, one of the two clips that hold down the bagger hood broke off making the hood just fly up when mowing. I'm a design engineer, and the cause is using a too thin plastic clamp and too sharp bend radii that causes high stress zones on this part. A ridiculous failure mode for an accessory that costs nearly $500. If you bump it on anything, the whole unit will fall apart on the metal rail. The first thing to go on the assembly are the tabs that hold the hood down, that was the first to go on mine, then the C-clamps fall off the metal rail. Not good when spending $2,500 on a mower and $500 on a bagger. My 14-month old is ZT1-42 machine is working well so far, but the bagger assembly is poorly designed for grass clearing performance and of poor quality on the bagger hood tabs. Not happy about that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How Ya Doin Bagger!!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the bagger looks small,..but it fits a lot of grass, very easy to unload grass clippings,..lightweight good design,...bagger side chute easy to remove and put on,..easy to clear clogs, and just easy to remove side unit and bags in general,....in order to attach other pieces of lawn equipment like spreader, dump cart etc....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was pleasantly surprised. Have heard bad reviews, of mainly cheap plastic and bad design. I think that they may have changed it recently, because the one shipped fits great and seems very durable. This was for a 42” deck. I will say the counterweight brackets were a bit tricky to fit on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Chute clogs easily [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tends to get clogged easily at the point where the chute attaches to the deck. I have to remove and clear out the debris every time i empty the bags. Also, it tends to fill the far bag, but the near bag is half full...sometimes neither bag is full depending on when tge chute gets clogged

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs improvement [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a very noticable design flaw in the plastic cover. The metal rod does not have a way to secure it and keep it from sliding out. Maybe club cadet could explore a fix. For the money I thought it was a descent product but frustrating to have to adjust the bar so many times .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cub Cadet 42" Double Bagger Review....a thumbs up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Double bagger system is relatively easy to install and works well. Components are well made and instructions reasonably clear to follow...if you need them to assist with assembly. No complaints....other than it would be nice to have larger bags to collect the grass cuttings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Continuously Gets Clogged [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very poor design. No matter what I’ve tried, the plastic tube gets clogged after only a few passes. I’ve tried going slow, mowing when the grass is bone dry, raising the height of the mower blade, nothing works. This makes this purchase a complete waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the ZT1 42 cub cadet mower with 3/4 of an acre the bagger clean up my yard great picking up leaves, grass, and the ton of acorns this year. It's is easy to use but I would like the bags a little bigger with the way it sucks up everything I need to change it often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chute that attaches to the deck in the rear has no steel reinforcing the plastic. Only used it twice now and the plastic is beginning to degrade and the hole is getting bigger. The unit as a whole is great, I’m worried about the rear attachment of the chute though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glogs easy I purchased my new tractor and bagger in April of this year, I dethatched my yard in May and used the bagger like I would do with my old John Deere and it clogged easily. I phoned Cub Cadet to see if they had any suggestions, the rep responded that he had never heard of the bagger clogging before and he would ask his technical experts and get back to me with in a day, that was May 3 and it is now Aug 3 and I am still waiting. In the mean time I went to a reliable source (youtube) and got my answer. After washing out the tube I applied silicone lubricant to the lower tube and once it was dry tried it out and it worked. My advise if you live in humid climate where the grass doesn't fully dry then I would think twice about this product also for the fall I would normally use this to pick up the leaves but I have decided to buy a yard sweeper instead. Also not impressed with the lack of response from the Cub cadet help line, and I would recommend checking out youtube for any problems. Final score Youtube 1 Cub Cadet 0

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not come with parts to assemble I would not recommend this because it did not come with the hardware to attach to the mower. I ordered it at no cost. Took almost 2 weeks to get it. And there was still hardware missing. Had to order another part that cost $18.00.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cub cadet bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bagger was great. The instructions were not. The box that it came in fell apart. We were lucky we had all the parts in the box when it was delivered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great HD Bagger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great HD bagger with a huge tube between the deck and the bagger. It was easy to install except trying to attach the tube to the upper bag attachment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to put together Bought this 4 days ago for my new 42 inch zero turn. Easy to put together. Tried it out on my leaves and it did a great job. Very happy so far. The baskets are a little cheaply made but did the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good addition to a great mower. I was skeptical after some of the reviews. Happily surprised, the cloth bags seem sturdy and are easier to handle than I imagined. The large shute doesn't clog easily even when mowing damp grass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well if you avoid wet grass/leaves. Would have given 5 stars if it didn’t have cheap plastic clips. Assembly of shoot tube is difficult.
