Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so great We have had our mower for three weeks and have moved the property three times. So far so excellent. Easy to operate and very quiet. The blades are the main source of noise, but that is unavoidable and was expected. Cleaning is not an issue as we have never used our previos gas mower in the wet. Some simple brushing and a bit of a wipe after each use does thge trick. It's a bit early to determine reliability and servicing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great mower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first home, with a very challenging yard. I took a little ribbing for buying an electric mower, but I think it is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as advertised. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mower performed just as advertised. I have an acre of property that is anything but flat and has about 20 trees. By the time the mower arrived the yard had grown to 1 foot in some areas. Even with this i had 35% battery life remaining. Only trouble is the blades seemed to bend on the smallest of debris.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great battery life. Mowing about 1/3 of an acre of grass w/ a constant slope and driving around my property all day only takes about 30% of the charge. More quite and and much faster than my old craftsman. I can now mow while the baby sleeps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good I bought this at the beginning of last season and so far it has been exactly what I wanted, I'm able to mow my whole lawn (about an hours worth) and still have half a charge leftover. Mower is powerful, cuts well and is much quieter than my 74 International mower lol.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it doesn't work 2 months after purchase it doesn't want to charge, it gives error e121 and then the display goes out after a while and won't turn on again until after a few hours when I insert the key the same error appears and after a few seconds the screen goes off... wasted money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect mower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is amazing! So quiet, a ton of power, and I mow almost 2 acres on 1 battery life! Best looking electric mower on the market! You will not go back to gas if you purchase this mower!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good mower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good mower, has a little trouble when terrain is really bumpy and like many riding mowers doesn’t do great on steep hills. It’s my first rider and I’m very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super impressed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time Electric tractor owner, so far this thing is awesome. Already have 4 hours on the unit. Happy with my switch to electric.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome ICE Alternative [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this rider to alleviate some of the pains of owning a typical gasoline powered riding lawn tractor. To my surprise its even better than expected. I no longer have to deal with fluids, belts or saying a little prayer for it to start when I need to mow the lawn. The ONLY maintenance I have found I need to do so far after owning this tractor a couple months is to keep the deck and exterior clean. Every two mows I plug it in for a charge and hoist it up to clean out any grass in the deck. Some benefits I've noticed with this particular tractor is how quiet it is, especially if doing mulch, gravel or something that requires getting on off the tractor repeatedly you're not starting an engine, making a bunch of noise just to shut it off a few moments later. Even mowing is significantly quieter than a gas powered. My neighbors think its awesome.. and maybe even a little jealous. I will say that since owning this machine I use it for more tasks than I would bother to with my old lawn tractor just because its quiet, easy to maneuver and it's just fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bigger deck in future, please [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it had a bigger deck option, but it cuts my acre plus lawn on a single charge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons Electric Cub Cadet Ride On Mower XT1LT42E Review We bought our Electric Cub Cadet Tractor last spring (2021). We have enjoyed it's quiet, exhaust free, nimble performance both summer and winter. Pros • Fast • Nimble, as if it has power steering • Quiet, ear protection no longer necessary • Great endurance or range. Cutting one acre grass, which takes about 45 minutes, uses approximately only 40% of its battery power. • Comfortable seat • Shifting the mower deck off or on is quick and very easy compared to my former gas-powered mower. All it takes is a push of a button. • No exhaust fumes to smell and pollute the atmosphere • No messing around with smelly gasoline • No oil changes or spark plugs to replace • No belts to maintain • Removing the mower deck is quite easy to do just remove a couple quick pins and four quick disconnect power cables Cons • The mower deck height adjustment lever clangs and bangs when going over rougher ground. I put a bungee on it to reduce this. • The tractor clunks loudly when stopping but I learnt how to reduce this by reducing the throttle more gradually. • Only one plastic key came with the tractor. Considering the cost of this tractor I find that this is being rather cheap on the part of the manufacturer. • The blue on button on the dashboard. I find it is hard to distinguish between, when the tractor is on, and when the clutch is pushed in first and then tractor will actually move. • The digital display numbers showing percent of charge remaining do not show the top of the digits. For example, a 7 looks like a 1 and a 9 looks like a 4. • The most annoying and frustrating part of this great tractor is the charger plug and port. Making a good connection is very finicky and causes a lot of error code numbers. It usually takes three or four tries to get it to connect successfully.
