Absolute beast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first zero turn and a replacement for my Troy-Bilt Horse XP. I researched many zero turns but kept coming back to this model. It’s got plenty of power and handles with ease. Slopes are a minor challenge but that’s the human element of some fear. My only wish is that the seat had armrests. This is an optional add on that should be standard for $3500 (with taxes). Still one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!!

Love my zt1 50
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my mower about 3months. Have about 3 1/2 acres of mowing. Lots of fences, trees, and obstacle to go around. Had a LGT 2654 great mower but this things blows it away. Cut my mowing time over 1/2. Far superior cut and I get closer to fences trees and turns like a dream. It cuts fast and much better than the lgt. Plenty of power and very agile with the 50inch deck. I'll only own a zero turn well worth the money.

Great machine, competitive price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of looking before buying, this machine is built much better than competitors in the same class and priced the same as those machines or better. This machine has not let me down yet. I love the foot peddle for the deck allowing me to raise the deck quickly if I see it in the cutting path. The hydro stats have great responsiveness and this machine has the best seat of a lawn mower that I have set on.

Excellent cut
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mowed my 1.5 acres for almost 2 months now, sometimes twice a week. After owning Craftsman, John Deere, and other Cub Cadets, I can say this is, by far the best running , best cutting mower I have ever owned. My only complaint is the deck wash system. The adapter that came with mower was broken and my (Home Depot) replacement doesn’t clean that well so I have to physically raise mower on ramps and hand spray the stuck grass from under the deck. I don’t know if it’s the deck design or the type of grass I cut, but it seems to stick really bad. Nothing I can’t live with considering I love everything else about this machine. It seems to be built much heavier than all other mowers I was comparing. The open design looks like it will be a breeze for maintenance when needed.

Great Mower

The only challenge is that I wish it wasn't so sensitive when moving the bars. It really turns without much movement which has been a challenge learning how to drive. However, with practice, I'm sure I'll get use to it. It has a lot of power, mows wonderfully, and looks awesome.

Efficient and quick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have about 19 hours on the machine so far and couldn't be happier. My cutting time went from 90 minutes with a 42in tractor down to 45 minutes with the ZT1. I have a mixture of fescue in the front and bermuda in the back and It cuts both neat and evenly. I save so much time and have so much fun I mow my elderly neighbor's lawn for him as well.

Love our upgrade to a Cub Zero Turn Mower!

It's so much faster and cuts more even than the ride-on mower that we had. It's made really well and easy to clean and maintain. My teenager is making lots of easy cash while helping out our neighbors get their lawns looking good too!

Decent mower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second zero turn mower and this is the first time I needed help with the warranty and my experience with cub cadet was not worth a dang, to put it mildly. After this one experience I don’t think I’ll ever buy any cub cadet products. At least give a customer a chance and have a valid reason for denying warranty coverage.

So far, so great!

I've wanted a zero turn and for the price I couldn't pass it up. I've only put a few hours on it so far, but it's been great. I've cut my cutting time down in half and the cut is clean. For how rough I treat it, it is a tank. My 16 year old mows with it now and he is a typical 16 year old, doesn't see whats plainly in front of him. If it can withstand him it is good from me.

Looks good but missing things sr 1A220H50335
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it today, it works really smoothly, but I noticed its missing basic items, there is no manual, one key is missing, the adopter to deck for rinsing is missing, one of the bolts to secure rear of the seat is missing, I hope it was assembled with care, and it does not breaks.

Great mower

I cut my mowing literally in half. The only thing i wish was that it came with arm rests but even without that it deserves 5 stars.

Easy to learn, intuitive design

Leaves a lot of “stragglers” causing me to have to cut over parts of the lawn more than once. Otherwise a fairly good mower. Definitely not a grasshopper!

Amazing mower.

Used to take us 4.5 hours to mower our lawn with a lawn tractor. With the ZT1 I get the job done right around 2 hours. The mower cut the grass very well and even.

Great zero turn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mower 10 years ago. I have had to replace left rear drive motor assy. All the spindles, belts, blades. But, it is the best mower I have ever owned. It cut my mowing time in half. Overall it holds up pretty good. I now 3 acres a week.

It cuts the grass very well and the frame is very sturdy. The fab deck is well built and heavy duty.

Great machine for the price
I've had it for about a month and really like it. Much better than a larger much more expensive mower I sold. People around here call it the little yellow “tank”!! I wish it would go a little faster... say 10 mph? It is a simple, sturdy, and well engineered unit. Great job guys!

Great mower cheesy bagger design

GREAT MOWER!
