Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Perfect Fit It is a perfect fit and so easy to install as the pre-drilled holes on the Cub Cadet XT1 frame are in perfect alignment. The screws that come with the kit are heavy duty and the bumper when installed is as solid as a rock. My reason for buying the bumper is just so I can hoist the tractor up with a chain hoist to change blades or clean the deck and I needed a good place for connection and this bumper is perfect. Also a nice color and it looks like a factory install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great protection that should come standard After purchasing my Cub Cadet XT1, parking it in my garage meant putting the nose up against the wall and there was no protection for the front end. I bought the add on bumper which bolts on easily and definitely adds sturdy protection for the front end. This is really something that should come standard with any model from the line up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Club cadet front bumper for lawn tractor Its a nice bumper but it came all scratched. They are sending me paint and i guess that will be ok. This tractor should have come with it to protect the exhaust that its located at the very front bottom of machine to protect it. So i had to spend 109 dollars and it is a very important protector piece. Looks great on the machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Bumper A solid bumper to protect the front of the tractor. This is a low cost solution as an accidental crash into a tree costs a lot more, to replace the hood. I discovered this on a previous tractor. Once I figured out that the bumper installs inside the frame it took a mater of minutes to attach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bumper I have two young grandson's that love the Tractor. However the muffler gets hot the bumper keeps those small legs and feet away from the heat. Never have to worry about smacking a tree and crushing the hood. Plus it just looks great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Something that should have been there from the fac This shouldn't be something I have to buy to protect my $4000 mtd tractor, but there you go. Shame on Cub Cadet for this As for the bumper, it's adequate to protect the precious plastic hood.
