A great addition to an already great mower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mulching kit is well built and the holes are already in the deck for installation making for a straight forward install. The hardest part is actually getting the existing blades off. Even with a block to stop the blade from turning you will find that the spindle shaft spins. This is easily remedied by using an impact wrench to get the nuts off. After that the installation was easy and the kit does a really good job of chopping the cut grass into smaller bits. The only caveat is that for taller or damp grass you will have to cut slower to avoid leaving uncut blades in your path. Overall I am really happy with this purchase and look forward to seeing how this works when the leaves start to fall. PS> The deck is heavy, I mean built like a tank. This is a good thing, when Cub Cadet says reinforced deck they mean it. You will need help moving the deck around to save your back.

Mulching Kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the new mulching kit on my mower, I have never raked leaves but just let them break down naturally. This kit is wonderful for that.
