Love this mower
Bought this mower today actually, I had a 2018 RZT 42 SX And really like it. I wanted to upgrade to the Ultima just because of the sturdier frame and more modern look. The fabricated deck also on the 42 inch was awesome and you can definitely tell the difference between the two mowers. The only thing that I would change is that the hourmeter should come standard on this mower. The Ultima just seems to be sturdier built and the ride is much nicer. I bought it from a local dealer and the set up and pick up of the mower was flawless. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a yard with some slopes or just wants to cut their lawn super fast and make all the neighbors jealous .

This thing is a beast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a new house with a bigger yard, so I needed a new mower for my big yard. This zero turn mower fits the bill and more. The mower goes up to 7mph also the 15 position spring assisted deck lift is flawless. The seat is really comfortable and the tilted steering wheel is adjustable along with the soft grip steering wheel for comfort. The led headlights make it easy to my my lawn when it get dark. The tubular steel frame is put together very well for strenght and duarability. This is a well made mower that any homeowner will fall in love with. Buy it you will also love the cup holder for your cold beverage on those hot summer days! This mower is a beast!!!

So far so good!
Just picked up this mower. I'm happy with how it handles slopes (I've got a couple of 16 deg hills and the mower is rated for 20). I am not sure how this mower does not have an hour meter standard. I get that the warranty does not have an hour limit but the first maintenance is due after 5 hours (oil change) - how am I supposed to keep track of that without an hour meter? I ordered one from my dealer but it is not in yet. I like the accessibility to everything from a maintenance point of view.

Great zero turn mower!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I have owned a Cub Cadet, this is my first zero turn mower and it is amazing. Turns on a dime. It feels very solid and is fast and offers a smooth ride. The hydrostatic drive system is very responsive, and it did a great job of cutting the grass evenly and it handled my hilly and uneven yard with no issues. The seat is very comfortable and easily adjustable. The tilt steering wheel is awesome. Would highly recommend it!

A very high cut above the rest!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it wrong to be in love with your lawn mower! If loving this ZTS1 is wrong, then I don't want to be right, lol. In all seriousness though, this is an amazing mower. What uses to take me 3 hours to do, now only takes about 20 minutes. I love the regular steering wheel instead of the levers. I was weary on the zero turn performance with the regular steering wheel, but it is flawless. Everything you need is all right there with you. The cutting deck is very easy to adjust and goes all the way from 1 to 4.25, so you can get exactly the cut you prefer. The ride is very smooth and powerful. The steering column is adjustable, and the seat is comfortable. You have a cup holder and an extra space for glasses, phone, etc. It came fully assembled in a very large wooden crate on a palett. I checked the oil, added gas and connected the battery, and we were ready to mow. I take great pride in my yard, and the cut I get from this is supreme. Starts right up and is so easy to drive. When you want to stop, you just let off of the gas. There is also a reverse. If you get off of the mower while it is running, it will turn off. I was already super comfortable after 5 minutes of usage. This is manufactured by a great and reputable company, and I can tell is a very high quality mower. I expect this to last me for many years, and I will be nothing more than happy and excited every time I get to use it!!

Cub Cadet 42" Zero Turn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new 42" Cub Cadet mower!! This is the best zero turn mower I have ever owned. It is extremely easy to drive, even my 12 year old son doesn't have a problem driving it. The deck level gauge is the simplest one I have used on a zero turn as well. I also like the towing bracket that comes with it and intend on putting it to use, with the 22 horsepower motor it can pull up to 250 pounds, that's a big help on my property.

Safe on slopes! Runs loud, hot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a safer alternative in hill country to regular zero turns. The engine runs surprisingly noisy and hot. And has started dieseling after only about 10 hours. The lack of both an hour meter and fuel gauge is ridiculous in this day and age.
