Love this lawn tractor

No choke, this is a nice mower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last year and it was between the EFI fab deck and v-twin. Glad I went with the EFI. Sips gas, no choke to worry about and the fab deck seems tough as nails. The turning radius is impressive for being a lawn tractor too.

One Issue ...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 46 EFI tractor on-line and started using it around the middle of May. The first few cuts the engine ran smoothly and everything worked as described. On the whole it was much better than the three other Cub Cadet tractors that I have owned in the past. After a half dozen cuts the engine started to act up. While cutting the engine would rev up and down and then settle back to normal. It would be good for a while and then suddenly the engine would rev up and down and then settle back to normal. The engine sounded like it was going to stall but never did. Now, the beginning of August, the engine only does what I described once in a while. I can't take the tractor out of operation so I may take it to an authorized dealer after the cutting season. Pros: the tractor's steering is almost like having power steering. The fuel consumption is far better with the EFI engine. Cutting deck is excellent. Cons: the engine issue and the seat could be wider. Thanks for listening ... Aldo

First time cub cadet buyer here!
My very First Cub Cadet! I'm really happy with the power of the Cadet EFI motor. It makes good power with little noise! It turns sharp too. No issues mowing around flower beds on on the hills in our yard.
